  • Walk just 30 minutes a day – No need for strenuous exercise regimes, healthy eating and moderate but consistent exercise can lower your fat and increase your metabolism. The key is consistency and making it a habit.

  2. I have been searching online for an hour with the hope of finding some reassurance… and here it is!

    I am 25 years old, weighing in at 15st (210 lbs) and the symptoms of PCOS are in fact ruining my life, facial and body hair, bad period cramping and heavy bleeding… means things are getting tough. But I woke up today with a different motto in my head- today it will change.

    As of this moment in time, with this website and few others before it, I plan on using all tips necessary to get to my goal of controlling PCOS as naturally as possible.
