  2. I have heard that there is soemthign called glycerin that cna help reduce stress … do you know if that is right or just a myth?

    Yes, I only found this out myself recently. I want to get some for a friend who is a real worrier and see if it helps them but there seems to be a lot of proof that it actually combats the stress hormone cortisol – but it is more of a short term relief thing not something you can do all the time for long term relief.
